Another great resource is an advocacy center called Helping Survivors, a proud partner of RAINN.

Their mission is to assist anyone who has been victimized by sexual assault or abuse. Their website is a compilation of information around different instances of sexual violence. They offer resources to assist survivors and their families, and they will continuously be adding more. I started this podcast as a place for victims to share their experiences with being a victim of grooming or sex trafficking and how they healed from that trauma. I will be discussing a lot of issues including, the mental health issues, healing from the trauma, victim blaming, but also will be providing information and personal experiences to bring awareness to all sexual crimes. We will also address the legal system when it comes to victim shaming and blaming and the changes we need to make sure victims get the justice they deserve.
